ShadowStar is a techno producer who creates music by respectfully blending his influences and elements from various sources, resulting in a fusion of his favorite styles. When asked about his music, he mentions how he draws inspiration from nature, films and the music he grew up listening to. "I want to create something that is both nostalgic and new," he says. "I want to take people on a journey through sound, evoking memories and all the while creating new ones".
Alongside his music, ShadowStar is dedicated to helping others grow in their music production skills. He serves as an instructor at the ProducerDojo, where he offers one-of-a-kind tutorials and training sessions that are both accessible and effective, enabling anyone who seeks a deeper understanding and connection to their own music to easily develop their skills and knowledge. ShadowStar has recently made his debut release on the mighty mau5trap with his track Ephemera appearing on the We Are Friends Vol.11 "WAFXI".
As a Dojo student in the “Class Of 808” (Shadow Star) has achieved his Purple Belt (Dojo Student of the Month) after his hard work, dedication and excellent contributions on 6 Producer Dojo Cyphers: Cypher 10, Cypher 11, Cypher 13, Cypher 15, Cypher 17 but most recently Cypher 021: Urban Teahouse.
This all leads up to his Role as a Black Belt Sensei Here in the Dojo as the house and techno resident instructor.
